Program is crashing after they run a scan

Running the latest version of BioPAK and T-scan and Windows 10 OS. BioPAK is crashing when they are trying to run the link.
It is crashing after the software asks whether or not they want to save a scan. Logged on and I couldn't figure out what the problem is.

No one was hurt.
