Customer called in saying that they installed the software but couldn't get the equipment to run. I asked if they had installed and run instacal and they had. I connected to them via Teamviewer and verified their issue.
1 - Tried to reboot machine and verify that the unit could not still find the driver.
2 - Plugged in the unit after the reboot and verified that the driver still had not installed correctly.
3 - Uninstalled instacal through the control panel.
4 - Downloaded instacal from www.bioresearchinc.com/instacal
5 - Rebooted computer again as requested by instacal.
6 - Reinstalled instacal again.
7 - Rebooted machine again as per instacal.Plugged unit back in and verified that it had installed correctly this time.
